No. There is no purchase necessary at any point.

The Anniversary Adventure Event unlocks at Level 12, which is reachable through free gameplay in roughly 1-2 days of active play. Once you've reached Level 12, play the event and claim your Golden Ticket to become eligible.

No - please don't share your entry link with other players. When you tap the sweepstakes entry button in-game, a personalized link is generated that contains your unique Sunshine Island User ID. If another player submits an entry through your link, the submission will be associated with your account, which could affect the eligibility of both entries and lead to disqualification.

To ensure your entry is valid, access the entry form directly through the in-game button on your own device and account. Each player must enter through their own game account only.

After the draw, we verify every potential winner's entry by checking server-side that the Sunshine Island User ID submitted in the entry form has claimed the Golden Ticket in the Anniversary Adventure Event. If the User ID cannot be verified as having claimed the Golden Ticket, the entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. This is why it's important to enter through the in-game button on your own account.

Running a sweepstakes with a prize of this size across multiple countries involves complex legal requirements that vary country by country. For this promotion, we've limited eligibility to markets where we can fully comply. We hope to include more countries in future campaigns.

The Anniversary Adventure Event runs August 18 - September 1. The entry window closes when the event ends at 10am CET on September 1.

Two prizes - one per winner group. Each prize is a tropical vacation for two (winner + one travel companion designated before booking), including: return economy-class flights from the winner's nearest international airport, minimum 5 nights / maximum 10 nights accommodation at a 4-5 star resort, round-trip airport transfers and travel insurance. Prize delivered as an open travel voucher redeemed through our travel partner Pangea. NA winner destinations: Caribbean or Mexico. EU winner destinations: Canary Islands, Zanzibar or Seychelles. Travel must be completed within 12 months of winner notification. Specific travel dates subject to availability. Prize does not include meals or beverages (unless customarily included in the resort's board basis), minibar charges, room service, personal expenses, gratuities, baggage fees, vaccinations, travel documents, passport costs, or visa fees. Winners are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any required visas for their chosen destination.

Yes! Winners work with our travel partner Pangea to design their trip within the available destinations. You have a 12-month window from winner notification to travel, and you choose your preferred dates subject to availability.

No - the prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Full prize details are in the Event Specific Terms.

Any applicable taxes on the prize are the winner's sole responsibility. US winners with a prize value over $600 will need to complete IRS Form W-9. Tax rules vary by country - we recommend checking with a tax advisor.

No - only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate submissions using the same name and email address will be automatically removed. Attempting to enter multiple times using different accounts or email addresses is considered fraud and will result in disqualification. See the Event Specific Terms.

Two winners are selected by random draw from all valid entries - one from the North America pool, one from the Europe pool. The draw takes place within 5 days of the event closing.

Winners are notified by email to the address provided at entry within 5 days of the draw. Make sure to check your spam folder! Winners must respond within 5 calendar days or the prize may be forfeited.

The winner list is available on request. Email support@newmoonproduction.com with "Winner List Request - Island Anniversary Adventure" in the subject line and your Sunshine Island User ID.

Once confirmed as a winner, our team will be in touch within 14 days to connect you with our travel partner Pangea, who will help you plan and book your dream trip within the available destinations and parameters. You don't need to contact anyone directly - we'll take care of the introduction and coordinate everything for you.
